I'd stay away for NAS drives and go with the one w/ manufacturer warranty

I have Synology DS920+. Website says capacity is 64TB (16x4). Does this 18tb work for it?

Does anyone have an opinion of the Amazon Warehouse units? They are sold as used but I think they are merely returns?

Yes, but you may get an error screen saying it is not an approved drive. Ignore it and proceed as normal.
