The same seller, Web's Best Deals is on Walmart [walmart.com] for the same price, but with increasingly negative reviews [amazon.com] on 160 total for Amazon, they possibly need to get their act together. 'Possibly' meaning sometimes the competition wants to suppress the newbie seller and sometimes, the feedback is warranted. If you need these, I would take a chance... you are not going to lose anything but maybe some time to file for a refund or return.
PS: For those that live around Boise, ID, Cripe Distributing [cripedistributing.com] has these for $19.50. The do deliver, but charge shipping that was not terrible for what we have purchased over the years.
