This is cheaper than Harbor Freight's which doesn't appear to be magnetic. In for one.

The trick to using one of these is getting the bubbles in all 3 of the levels centered at the same time.

I don't need the magnet part but the rubber band needs to be better. I have broke all of mine putting up 4x4 wood posts and I don't have rubber bands at home.
