Amazon offers "inside entryway" drop off for it and choice of time. Should have a few moments to look over the exterior box if you choose that option.

Sadly, that's often the case for budget refrigerators, and it's really frustrating. The budget that gets cut is apparently for packaging. On the bright side, if you ask nicely, Amazon will give a partial refund for the damage. In a handful of cases, Amazon hasn't even asked for a return. I guess the system showed it was more costly to handle the return than to write off the item.

Just ordered one. I need a second fridge/freezer for my house but definitely not a full sized one. Hopefully this comes in good shape.

I order this for similiar price few weeks ago. I opted for delivery to specific room for $20 extra. It arrived w/o dent or issue

FWIW: I had a retro Frigidaire mini fridge from Amazon go out and the return process was lengthy. Ended up having to deal with a third party via email for months and still waiting on a replacement or refund, which every they decide.

We bought one of these for our basement in 2019 from Home Depot and it barley lasted two years. The light will still get power but it no longer cools

Refrigerators and chest freezers need to stay within a temp range. Taking them outside of this range is hell on the compressors.

They make "garage ready" units for conditions such as basements.

Don't forget to let these sit for about 24 hours before plugging them up to prevent compressor damage. I'm sure they won't stay upright during Shipping.
