Did they sort out the ribbon cable sparking issue ? I know they started including a spare one but that doesn't fix anything

I have the 4th edition of this 3d printer. Knock on wood no issues with the cable

I purchased it from Amazon back in October 2020. They are specifically labeled as V4. See the attached screenshot.
