If you're wanting to keep it on card and not remove from packaging then I'd suggest trying to find in store. Target warehouse employees give no consideration to collectibles and will ship it in an undersized box with no bubble wrap guaranteeing it will arrive damaged.
$15 for a 3.5" figure seems a bit overpriced.

They have actually gotten better on funko pops, dunno about these. It was to the point I would order 2-3 and return what I didn't need to get a decent box
