Reviews are not that great. I almost ordered it but noticed the seats loose shape soon. We just get what we pay for.

I got this for $250 (plus a nice coupon to make it closer to 150) in 2020 for my basement theater room. It feels a little creaky at first if you really test it, but it's been holding up pretty good
