For reference, my unit arrived appearing brand new, with stickers. Took it for a test run, strong suction. Probably about 15-20m of runtime using rollers, more than enough for my condo and enough to fill the (small) debris bin.

Looks completely brand new. I cannot tell if it's ever been used or even refurbished. The manufacturer plastic was still on all of the components. Let's see how well it works.

One thing that's super frustrating: The power button is just under your hand when gripping it as a floor vac. Kept shutting it off. Very annoying.
I ordered 2x vacuum and 2x ryobi drill on the 28th. No shipping notice yet.

Because it's not refurbished. Factory blemish is the condition they sold it in. Probably some light paint chip or physical imperfections.
I see people are receiving theirs. I'm still waiting.
