Crypto isn't dying, it's just ETH getting ready to convert from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake.

I have done tons of reading and watching Youtube reviews and no one has much good to say about Gigabyte GPUs. Yesterday I just got a 12GB 3080 EVGA FTW card for $999 at Best Buy. I think I'd hold out for one of the better reviewed boards within $100 of price.

This is the Gen 2.0 card with LHR.

The price dropped to $884. Tempting!

It's slowly dying. Might get revived next year when Bitcoin is around $10k. PoS will be the death nail for Eth though.

FYI - new cards are not going to ship in any quantity due to Chinese lockdowns and shortages of supporting chips. Laptops are also going to be in short supply, especially gaming ones going forward until supply chains can adapt to China.

I grabbed one of these new very good for $809 thoughts? I read that the warranty is transferrable with this brand.

Look up inflation, it's an interesting phenomenon.
