This is the best price I've seen for an upgradable, enterprise-class laptop with a Ryzen 5000 series processor with Zen 3 (watch out for the 5500/5700 processors with older Zen 2, still good but slower single-core performance). There was another deal recently that quickly went out of stock on an L15 with the same specs, but 8-core Ryzen 7 instead of the 6-core Ryzen 5 here for $52 more. Most users will be more than fine with the 5650U, which is a very powerful processor.
Main pros: ThinkPad build quality (this is a true business-class ThinkPad, below T series but above E series), excellent keyboard/trackpoint, enough horsepower for almost anyone, expandability and serviceability, decent IPS screen for the price, excellent port selection including 2 USB-C that both support Power Delivery and display output.
Main downsides: thick bezels, pretty heavy, no fingerprint reader, no backlit keyboard
