a decent deal IF you do not have local asian stores
I buy the whole container but by 2 weeks mold starts to grow (just like raw veggies and fruits)
After 1 1/2 weeks, I freeze it and it thaws after 2hrs. It might not have the same consistency but it is good enough to use with noodle soup 🤗
