I use it and I find it keeps me full enough until lunch. It's a small bag but they just recommend two tbsp mixed with milk (or whatever you use).

It's not very flavorful as it's basically just seeds, and they definitely get stuck in your teeth. To make up for the lack of flavor I sometimes mix the 2 tbsp with a bowl of cinnamon Kashi.

This is a great price though. I always stock up on the cereal and Qia oatmeal when it's on sale at WF which is pretty rare. Just be prepared for a small bag and small serving size. Definitely not your typical bowl of cereal.
