TLDR: It doesn't really matter anymore.
There are various different standards for how devices quick charge. PD and IQ are only 2 of these standards.
PD stands for Power Delivery. It is a standard set up by the official USB committee for how a wall charger and a device communicate to allow optimum power transfer for charging.
Simply put: a PD charger can fast charge a PD compatible device.
Another standard is IQ (PowerIQ). It is a standard set up by Anker themselves. It was supposed to offer more compatibility between devices, so one charger could fast charge a variety of devices. However, it did not always play nice with PD devices. QC would not fry them, but they also would not fast charge. Recent iterations of QC beginning with QC 3.0 brought the QC standard into agreement with the PD standard. Now, QC 3.0 will fast charge a PD device (as well as some other standards).
Here is the real kicker: more devices and charging standards are being designed to comply with PD which means despite all the fancy branding these companies put out about their charging standard, they pretty much all do the same thing at this point (with a few exceptions).
So choosing a charger really comes down to: size, color, and how many watts it can output. (Some chargers are also capable of varying their output to fight heat build up = better for overall battery life)
Gotta buy 3 tho. I bought this same 3 pack when it first came out a year ago when it was 23ish.
personally im just using the 30w ugreen pps that you can find via search. theyre probably still 10ish apiece
I'd rather have foldable chargers too.

It has sale for $10 for 2 x 20w PD charger with $3.99 shipping....
RavPower was banned from Amazon along with some other manufacturers because they rewarded customers for positive reviews. This has less to do with the actual quality of their products and more about manipulating the perceived quality.

You're right. Some people are morons.
