At Costco in store is the 60" sliding glass door @ $450. It was recently discounted to $400 in central VA. The Matching tub base is $219 online.

I would say at least $4000 to have it done by a professional. we just did one and it was $7500 for the custom shower conversion

The Ove Dayton 60 in Satin Nickel was $400, after 50 off, up until 5/29 at multiple Costco locations I went to. Picked one up over the weekend. It's going for $820 online.

Does not include the shower pan/base, price was just for the shower door.

It will depend on many factors, main one being your location and availability of professional installers nearby.
The main thing is drain will have to be redone and moved either to center or side of the floor (it's usually on the side for bathtubs) depending on its orientation in base, usually the pipe used for showers systems is 2" instead of 1.5" like tubs so if it needs to go through floor support beams it could become big issue (I've seen some crazy stuff like previous "installers" taking out half if not more of support beam thickness for making the pipe go through). Bottom line make sure you get someone who's insured and has good feedback, sadly it means it will cost you some money upfront but at least you won't regret it later.
