I bought this previously, but will be returning due to scuffs on screen and some light bleeding. possibly good deal if needing this type of laptop now and you get a decent one. ended up go for the msi fo $100 more with 3060 gpu and 1tb ssd

I've got a Predator with identical specs and so far it's been pretty great for what it is - a lower tier gaming laptop. The 3050ti handles the esports I mostly throw at it with ease. I would highly recommend a laptop stand with fans. The processor is insanely fast coming from a 5th gen i5. The biggest downside is that the battery life is pretty awful even in eco mode. Overall, I'd buy again.

it's a poor 144hz display, 64% sRGB, high response times, 250 nits. It's better then the shitty 120hz displays, but still poor and has same characteristics as the bad 120hz displays. not all 144hz displays are good, legion 5 144hz is good, omen 15 144hz is good, but the MSI 144hz displays and others like this nitro, do not have good 144hz displays.Still, for $699 this is a good deal 100%! 16gb is unheard of at this pricepoint
