This is about the right msrp of 3080 12G over original 3080 10G($699) which you almost can't get one since release.

Btw, 3080 12G not a simple "memory expanding" over original 10G 3080. It's actually a great performance boost since it widens memory bandwidth from 320bit to 384bit which matches 3080 Ti and 3090, and Nvidia also unlocked 3% more cuda cores in return it's performance very close to 3080 Ti. It's actually offer one of the best values if you gaming on 4k.

Got my gigabyte 3070ti oc gaming back in November off a scalper for $1k. Honestly am not too salty about it, but prices keep coming down nicely. Waiting on a good deal for a 3080 ti close to 1k
