Read the reviews. Many 1-star.

CatFoodDB does not yet rate it.

Blue Buffalo food is average at best when it comes to nutrition. It's easy to do much better around the same price if you wait for deals.

ingredients list reads like a pretty good product. Apparently this was supposed to be their most premium food. I don't think this price can be beat. gonna give it a try. Even though it may be near expiration, canned food doesn't really go bad.

The Carnivora line was supposed to be their premium line of foods that competed against Orijen and Acana, my cats enjoyed it. It's a shame they got rid of it because of low adoption by customers. Blue Buffalo is going down the path towards being a Frisky type of brand, or at least average because they keep coming out with new formulas that use more junk.

Yea Blue Buffalo is hardly was it use to be decade ago. They are just banking on brand recognition while majority of their offerings is junk.
