Just a reminder that -- contrary to the dishonest, blatantly lying assertions of Post -- this is junk food / dessert. From what I recall, a pretty tasty dessert, too, but it's gross that it's marketed as a healthy food.

Speaking of basically lying... there's ridiculously little actual honey in this. Specifically, there's more salt than honey, and hell, even more oil in this than honey.

It'd be like selling a "chocolate bar" with 0.042% chocolate. I mean, technically it has chocolate in it, but yeah.

cheaper at Costco/Kroger, should aim for around 10 cents per ounce to be a good value

Nutrition facts are nowhere to be found on the product page, so your know these mofos (Post Cereal) are trying to hide something.

This is 1.99 at Food Lion right now for anyone near them.

Also Post lists their nutrition facts on their site, so it's just absent because it's being sold by Amazon.

I've heard the head of a nutrition school say he'd allow it many years ago fwiw, basically meant in the sense like there are worse things. Like probably the amount of sugar.

So I have 4 boxes of cereal that i b9ught on sale, intended to eat, then never gotten around to it due to dietary needs. If they're like almost 4-5 months past expiration and unopened. Is it worth still eating or tossing?
