This headset has the same poor build hinge quality as previous steelseries headsets, with plastic hinges at the ear cups that will eventually break. on Reddit steelseries sub, there are users complaining of other technical issues, many users actually returning their headsets.

Same thing happened to me! Lol I used the 10% discount code on SteelSeries website over Memorial Day weekend. I bought the Xbox version but I might have to return it to get this one. $100 off is a big discount!

This looks like it was a price error. Already dead. I got an order in on Amazon and was trying to price match it to Best Buy but wasn't quick enough before it got taken down. Guess I'll just keep my Amazon order.

This looks like the PC version and not the Xbox version (which works on all consoles and PC).

​You can't price match that. It won't ship until, at most, a month. It has to be available in stock and ready to ship. I guess you could get lucky with an incompetent customer service rep.

Xbox version has some limitations for the PC regarding software, but it will be detected and it works according to a reddit post.

I'm saying this PC version doesn't work with all consoles. Only the Xbox "titled" one works wirelessly with all devices.

Based on reviews the bass is notably better, and it has an expanded feature set (of things that might not matter to you, like active noise cancellation).

I own the Arctic Pro Wireless and have worn them everyday for the last 3-4 years. No issues with hinges, no issues with sound quality, no issues at all. In fact, I read these for about 6-10 hours a day.

Now, I am also an audiofile too. The arctic pro wireless are not Audiophile quality, but they do not sound bad. The microphone quality is excellent though. I prefer to use this microphone over my Blue Yeti!

I returned mine after 4 days. The earcups were tiny and compressed the top of my ears. Was really uncomfortable. Also sounded super tinny compared to Audeze Mobius and the Beoplay Portal (2022 version). The feature set was awesome, but overall, the sound quality matters thr most, and that wasn't there for me. Audio is very subjective though, so if you like the Wireless Pros, you will like these...
