I think big fat wheel will be better for sand and lawn area
We have this one for the beach: https://smile.amazon.com/Sports-C...575E/?th=1 It works fairly well but it is quite a bit more expensive than the OP. Caster-style front wheels won't work at the beach, fat tire or otherwise.
The fat-wheel ones do work better in sand, but they fold up pretty badly (huge). I just suck it up and drag these through the sand, it's still easier than buckets or bins.
I was just minutes away from buying the cart in the link below.
I don't have any experience with collapsible carts and reviews are always mixed on how well they work in dry sand and how easily they tip over on land. I'm looking for one that works on sand and is stable. This is the only one I can find that might work, but there are only two reviews on it and it's $199.
Is it worth saving $150 and risk teaching my kid a few new swear words after it gets stuck in sand at the beach, Or should I buy this one? https://www.dickssportinggoods.co...chwgnxxrec
I purchased this August 2021 for $44.88, and I am pleased with it. For the price, the build quality is good/okay and hasn't failed or torn yet with regular use. Re beach/sand, it's still a struggle, but I struggled about the same amount as all the other Costco Mac carts on the beach.

It's entirely up to you whether the aggravation is worth $150 or not.
As for the swearwords I'm pretty sure they learned from their friends already.

That's exactly what I figured. The Mac carts are probably slightly better in the sand, but they also lose a little stability due to the wheel setup based on some reviews. I don't think it would be worth dropping an extra $75 on them.

If you don't load it like a doofus there are no stability issues.
