If you are thinking of buying the Pack & Go with the redemption to Chevron or Texaco, someone reported that that option was sold out the last time there was a deal on Happy Cards.

Oh really. That's good to know. Is there a way to find out of it's sold out before buying a Happy GC? Would be useless to me without Chevron.

Bought 3 of the Happy Gift Cards with Home Depot. They kept canceling any orders I placed after my first three orders.

It also took an extra 5% off due to my Target RedCard.

Were you able to successfully redeem them for home depot gift cards?

Getting in pairs of $50 with different logo for each pair. also 5% Disc cb.
4 total so far, redeemed in GrubHub app, got the $5 target gc in acct.

first two pairs came in 5 minutes. 3rd pair redeemed

went ahead and ordered 4th pair, redeemed.

seems you can keep buying the max in separate purchases.

GrubHub is great since they have deals all the time and since I'm buying anyway, 10% is a bonus for free $.

got 11 for GrubHub, all redeemed, got all $5 cards in target account.

I bought 3 of Chevron happy card in the last month including one on same date w "sold out" post. Never had a problem.
The only strange thing was that sometimes I got cash pay price at the pump but the last one was charged at credit card minus fuel points from Vons/pavilions/Albertsons/safeway

Does anyone know why Target thinks 5% of a 100 is 4.50?

I got 2 $5 both with 2x50 happy cards and one 100. One 100 should be more convenient

Base on 90 which is 100 minus 2*5 Target gc?

Yes, but I don't pay 90 for 100 worth of stuff, I'm paying 100 for 110.. 5% of my payment is still $5

In my place: $6.80/gal Regular at Chevron, whereas $5.98/gal at Costco.

With $50, I can get 7.35 Gals at Chevron (plus $2.5 off using RedCard, and $5 Target GC in this promotion), or 8.36 Gals at Costco (plus 5% cashback from Chase Amazon or Expedia)

Which is "better"? Smilie

Chevron is also the most expensive gas here. The difference would be even more for a full tank (say around 15-20 gallons). At best, some of these Happy GC deals nullify the price difference between Costco and Chevron. I don't like waiting in long lines at Costco, so these deals help.

it may not be long lines always at Costco, it depends on which time of the day, which days of the week, and also your luck at that moment in time
