If you are thinking of buying the Pack & Go with the redemption to Chevron or Texaco, someone reported that that option was sold out the last time there was a deal on Happy Cards.

In my place: $6.80/gal Regular at Chevron, whereas $5.98/gal at Costco.

With $50, I can get 7.35 Gals at Chevron (plus $2.5 off using RedCard, and $5 Target GC in this promotion), or 8.36 Gals at Costco (plus 5% cashback from Chase Amazon or Expedia)

Which is "better"? Smilie
Considering cash back at Costco, Costco is better. In my area the Chevrons are the most expensive but GasBuddy helps to find reasonably priced ones.

Yes, but I don't pay 90 for 100 worth of stuff, I'm paying 100 for 110.. 5% of my payment is still $5
When Target runs gift card promotions, they always reduce the price of the items purchased by the value of the promotional gift card. So in this case, the $100 purchase is reduced by $10.

it may not be long lines always at Costco, it depends on which time of the day, which days of the week, and also your luck at that moment in time
I'm long past the luck game. Been there done that. I rather pay $6.85/g for 91 octane at Chevron than waiting in line at Costco. My time is worth more than wasting even more at a Costco. The commute to/from work is already long enough in LA traffic so I don't need to spend any more in line at Costco. 5 minutes max at a local Chevron by my house is perfect for me.

You can add 50 and then 25 dollars cards and get 2 $5 target cards. I see 2 offer in my account. So effectively for 75$ you get 10$

1st order $50 and $50 GC, redeemed for Airbnb, got $10 target credit
2nd order $50 and $25 GC, redeemed, got $10 target credit
3rd order $50 and $25 GC, cancelled...

I guess that's it. Got $20 in Target Credit.

UPDATE: tried one more time, thinking it might've been my credit card and was cancelled again.

I was able to get $400 Home Depot and $50 Target gift card.

First order $50+$50 for Home Depot
Second to fifth orders $50+$25 for Home Depot. Looks like the limit is $400 and not the number of orders.

if I want to exchange for chevron, does anyone know if is it a chevron physical gift card that is mailed to me or it a chevron egfit card? How do you use an egift card at a physical gas station?

It's an e-gift card. You need to use their app to use the e-gift card. You can add it as a payment method in the app, and then use the app to pay for gas.
