MAIL-IN OFFCIAL ENTRY FORM (ALTERNATE MEANS OF ENTRY | AMOE):
Download the Official Entry Form, on the Official Entry Form, print your first and last name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), daytime phone number, and date of birth. Mail to: RIGID INDUSTRIES 779 N. Colorado ST Gilbert, AZ 85233. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries are accepted. Mail in one Official Entry Form during the duration of the sweepstakes to receive five (5) entries. The mailed-in Official Entry Form becomes the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. the Official Entry Form must be received at 4:00 p.m. (PST) 7:00:00 a.m. (AST) on September 18th, 2022, when the sweepstakes end.
Entrants Mailing in multiple Official Entry Forms will receive a maximum limit of 5 entries.

Approximate Retail Value $44,461.25
B) The second-place winner will receive a 2-day, 1-night trip to Orange County, California to meet
Jerett Brooks at the SAND SPORTS SUPER SHOW. The prize pack includes: one (1) signed replica
race helmet, RIGID edition ($700.00 MSRP); hotel accommodations ($130.00 MSRP); and
Roundtrip Economy class air transportation for two (2) people, originating from the major U.S.
gateway airport closest to the Winner's point of origin (as determined by Sponsor) to Orange
County, California. The winner and travel companions must travel on the same itinerary. If the
Winner's point of origin is near Orange County, CA, Sponsor may substitute air transportation
with ground transportation (in the Sponsor's sole discretion). Travel must be taken before
September 9th, 2022.
