I wouldn't touch this. I wanted to buy this around Black Friday but stumbled upon this thread.https://forums.wyzecam. It's an ongoing issue that wyze won't address. |

certain rubber and vinyl compounds react so I guess there is some vinyl in the carpet fibers or backing the wheels are reacting with. (source: https://forums.wyzecam. |

Speaking of which, anyone knows where to get replacement filter for the trash compartment?

EDIT: Looks like the code is meant for pickup orders, so guessing it doesn't work on shipping (none of these are available for pickup near me)

I've bought 3 of these and they all work great. It is faster than my roomba i6 and the battery lasts longer. It isn't as good in long carpet but does a good job overall. I've had one run on weekdays on a 3000sq foot layout for about 15 months with no issues.

I recently bought both, the Wyze and iHome. I prefer the iHome for the self-clearing vacuum base and mop attachment.
Although, I do notice that it gets stuck when transitioning onto floormats/carpets that are about 1/2inch thick. So I had to set no-go zones.
Ihome has a better and more customizable user interface. Wyze seems to be more "clean" and less prone to errors though.
