Mine keeps getting stuck on things every 2-3 mins. Sometimes I would hit run from the app and it would free itself, other times I have to manually free it. Considering I have to administer it every 2-3 mins, it kind of defeats the purpose of the vacuum.
To be more specific about this vacuum, i can rattle off all the places it gets stuck and you can determine if you might run into the same issues.
I have this vacuum upstairs and it doesn't know what to do when it gets to the edge of my staircase. I have horizontal rails and top part of the vacuum will lift itself and then get stuck. On one occasion, it went off the edge. Thankfully it was just one wheel and the whole thing didn't fall from the 2nd floor.
It also gets stuck under my couch. The gap under my couch is too low, but it tries to get in there anyway and gets itself stuck.
I don't think I have a particularly difficult obstacle of a home for it either. I had a Neato D7 that rarely got stuck. The problem with the Neato is their app is absolute garbage and I had issues with it disconnecting from my wifi. I was hoping this would replace it.
My last gripe is that the container is quite small. It got stuck a ton of times, barely vacuumed, yet was full to the point it was ejecting dust all over the ground. It seems it didn't have a sensor to stop it when it was full.
That last issue is why I'm probably returning it. I was thinking of moving it downstairs where it might encounter less "difficult" obstacles, but the whole overflow issue was quite annoying to clean up after.
Now I got the Wyze vac after reading rtings review and a couple of other reviews. I already own a Wyze cam and have no issues with it. It just works, so I was confident it will be better than Eufy. Holy shit. What an improvement and what a peace of mind. Lidar mapping is insanely useful since you can set no go zone in the map. obstacle detection is 10 times better than Eufy, it won't just slam it with its bumper to take a different route. Suction is 2100Pa which is pretty good. You can select rooms in the map and then let it vaccum just in those places. Coming from Eufy, I can't believe vaccuming could be this easy. farking outstanding and couldn't be happier. Go ahead and get this. You won't be disappointed.

We've had a 'dumb' Eufy since 2018, and fortunately I don't remember having any serious problems with it. However, after this long it was about worn out: the battery life was half of what it used to be, and the suction about the same.
Fast forward to getting this one in just yesterday, and wow'za what difference.
I'll admit… I was a little skeptical on just how effective the 'mapping' would be when I unboxed it, charged it up, then fired it up for the first time in the middle of our living room. Off it went down the hall and toward the bedrooms and such.
Watching it create the literal map of our entire house in the app, with zero input or monitoring on our part, was pretty entertaining. As you say, the app automatically created rooms and makes for one-touch no-go rooms ridiculously easy. - It was even automatically detected by our Alexa devices, which was a nice touch.
TLDR: This thing was a huge improvement over our old Eufy, unexpectedly so. Highly recommend.
1. I too dont see the multi floor mapping on my Wyze app yet even though it says everything is up to date. Has anyone has success with multi floor mapping.
2. Linked Wyze home to google home and it says linked successfully but unable to use commands via Google assistant. Has anyone had luck with this.
