Note the highest is 60lb for this set, which I don't think is all that much for anybody who already works with weights or does grip exercises. For reference, I have the Captains of Crush(CoC) Level 1(enough for me), which is the *starting* point for someone who has already done some basic gripping and it's about 140lbs. The very lowest CoC is the "Guide", which is aimed at "Novice, Rehab" and is 60lbs, also.
The gripping mechanism between this product and CoC is different so may not be apples to apples...but should give some idea, I would imagine.
