Okay, before y'all down vote this, this is the PRO version. I think? this is a good price for this much more robust / expensive version of the powerblock.

so is this the top of the line one. 50lbs. is more than enough for me. i don't need to lift heavy at my age. also is there shipping on top of this. was going to buy a set from the website years ago and found out there was like $80 shipping so i backed off.

That's a good price for urethane coated plates. Non-expandable but I think good for a most people.

Woot says the list price is $643, but Powerblock lists the retail price as $500. Of course, it costs an extra $131 in shipping directly from Powerblock. Seems like a good deal, "list price" shenanigans notwithstanding.
