Wow this is an excellent price for a new one!

I bought one last month for $400 and ended up returning it because it was very strong even on the lowest setting with the softest pad. It's also very loud!

EDIT: I actually had the Pro so my comments above reflect that model. I haven't used the Elite so I can't say how strong it is. The Pro had the soft attachment which did work well to start out with. I just couldn't see myself using the other attachments so I returned it.

Downvote because it doesn't say if it's new or refurbished. Pretty sure this is refurbished though because says only a 90 day limited warranty but the actual theragun elite has a 1 year warranty when new.

Yeah, I'd say an additional warranty is probably worth it... At least, that was my takeaway after reading some Amazon reviews. It seems like the company wasn't great with their customer service on returns/refurbishing... So, I ended up buying an additional 2 or so year warranty from Best Buy when I picked one of these similar models on sale last December.

I haven't had any major issues with my pro model yet, but I am disappointed in the battery life. It only seems to charge to half capacity or less, and I've only had it half a year now. Don't get me wrong, you can still use it for quite a while, but the battery indicator never shows it getting past somewhere between 2/5ths and 1/2 charge.

Edit - I also wanted to share that the theragun was too powerful for two of my male family members, even on the lowest setting. I would actually agree too, if it is used on my back. The softer tip that comes with the pro models helps a bit though... But I'm left wondering now - was it really worth it, if the power is too much for some people to handle? I guess I would have to buy a bunch of different massagers like the hyperice to compare it to. I will say though that I had a stiff neck last week, and after using this on it, I could move my neck more freely without pain, but there was still a general soreness. Anyway, supposedly the theragun excels with deeper tissue massage, since it has so much force. A friend of mine goes to the gym most days of the week, and really felt a difference when she used it on her legs in particular

The listing on the woot site is for a "new" unit.

I see that now but find it hard to believe if it has a different warranty period than the regular warranty for theragun. It just doesn't make sense. Maybe not an authorized dealer?

We have the pro version, purchased a few years ago now. Figured I'd give my 2c regarding some of the comments re power and customer service. Our pro model eventually stopped working, a couple months before the return period was over (fortunately). Customer service was great - walked me through a couple steps over IM to confirm, then returned and replaced with free shipping. As for the power...yeah, we've tried it on others who have complained. I did too at first, but if you allow yourself to get used to it, it's amazing. The extra power is needed if you're targeting deep/large muscle groups, like hamstrings and glutes. Overall, I'm not sure I could live without this thing (or a hyperice etc) because of the muscle pain I deal with. Highly recommend, but obviously if you're very small, or only plan on using in more sensitive areas, you might be better off with something weaker.

Had my eyes on one for quite some time but it was out of my price range. This is a great price for a new Elite. Surprise it's still available. In for one.

In the Warranty page on woot (https://sellout.woot.com/warranty), it mentions:
Quote :
Warranties
If a product sold by Woot comes with a warranty, the warranty will be listed in the product details. A manufacturer or third-party warranty supersedes a Woot warranty in all cases when a manufacturer or third-party warranty is available, so if you are seeking warranty coverage please make sure you're pestering the right people. If the product is covered under a manufacturer or third-party warranty, you can find their contact information in the product details under "Warranty". If you are unable to find the contact information, please feel free to get in touch with Woot Customer Service for assistance.
So basically, it says to go use manufacturer warranty if you're under it.

Great deal only $40 more then the mini, I have this model, highly recommend works really well use it every night before and after exercise , the only thing extra you might get when they go on sale again (theragun has sales on accessories sometimes 35% off ), the charging station and soft attachment

I asked Therabody, and they said that Woot is not an authorized retailer... So don't count on the manufacturer warranty applying. This is usually the case with things sold on Woot too, unfortunately

On woot's comment section, they say that it only has 90 day woot warranty as well.

Look up warranty issues with this company. I would get a third party extended warranty. Great product, but I don't trust the manufacturers warranty in this company.

Great deal, thanks for posting OP

any ideas on a third party warranty that would actually be honored when/should the time comes?
