For anyone wondering, these work with PS4/PS5, Xbox and PC. Also, you don't need these to get 3D Audio with the PS5. All headphones give you 3D audio on the PS5, it's a software thing, not hardware. These do sound really good, though. However, they're also a tight fit. They freaking kill my ears. So, unless you have a really small head (mine is medium), you may want to look elsewhere.

I've read that the "refurbished" products from GameStop are basically them just repackaging them.

Is it worth to take the risk at this price with the 2yr warranty? If warrantied out, do you get another refurbish item or a new one?

Got my headset at launch. The overall structure has held up pretty well. The right side housing is coming apart exposing the foam and fabric covering the speaker is coming off on both sides. Im going to use some glue to see if i can fix some of the fabric coming apart. Cant understand why, Im not a heavy user. Hopefully they fixed this issue.

Charging $15.00 S&H Fee even with the $9.99 2 year warranty. Even adding 2 headsets to the Shopping Cart still shows a $15.00 S&H Fee. What is going on?

The warrenty is not a physical item so it doesnt count towards the total.

Good price, but one of the few thing I would never buy "used" is a headset.

They are fairly uncomfortable when I tried them. Now using Logitech G Pro X. Really comfortable and wireless functions perfectly with PS5. If the Sony fits your head well, they are pretty good sound wise.
