The '$49 Value' is the value claimed on the box, not it's usual price, which is more like $16.
This is is a fairly common sale price, but seems like a decent one.
I removed the $49 in the title and agree... $49 is unrealistic for the set. None the less, $10 is a good deal... and even though it's hit this price a number of times, I remember the Makita drill bits (from years ago) selling for $14.88 a bunch of times and then "poof," it went up to $16 - $20 and almost never hit $14, again.
So, if you don't own these, already, I'd highly recommend them (well reviewed by Project Farm as I recall). And, who knows, these may or may not keep hitting $10 in the future.

The reviews say it isn't the set project farm reviewed highly.
