Games is lots of fun. Still playing this w/ my teen son. Fun puzzles to solve together.
Great game though.
I disliked the story & cut scenes. But if you only played :30 minutes, you wouldn't have experienced why this game received game of the year. I've played hundreds of games over the years.. never experienced such a wide variety of gameplay in a single title before. It was amazing to experience so much variety in gameplay with a friend/partner in one title. Loved it!

Any other recs for co op games anyone?
Additionally, the idea that there's any one "Game of the Year" award is a stretch. There are thousands of publications and organizations that each pick their own. In recent years a trust fund kid named Geoff has been pouring money into advertising his pick as some sort of official industry consensus, but advertising dollars doesn't make it so.
As for other couch co-op games, there are a ton from Nintendo: Luigi's Mansion 3, Pikmin 3, Animal Crossing, Kirby and the Forgotten Land, Super Mario 3D World, Mario Kart/sports games, etc. Among non-Nintendo games, there's Overcooked, Diablo 3, Streets of Rage 4, Unraveled, and some sports games.
