Normally they do. Factory blem is supposed to have full warranty support from TTi.

In 4 1. Missed out on the blower + battery/charger for $60, I really only wanted the battery but would have taken the blower. Already have an expand-it trimmer and pole saw attachment and needed another battery so this will have to do. Thanks OP

I have a 6ah and a 4ah that I use to finish up my mowing jobs once the 6 dies. Probably my imagination, but the 4ah feels like it lasts just as long as the 6. Technically it would be 33% less as the other poster said. And it's the same amount of power, yes.

Some do come with blemishes tho. If you call and say something was dinged or scratched, You can't get a refund or replacement because it's blemished and not new.
