Before checking out it will say you need to hit $99 for free shipping, but when you actually check out, shipping will show as free even with just this item in your cart.

Just an FYI Dewalt assembled this impact driver at two different plants. One in the USA and one in Mexico. The one assembled in Mexico actually runs cooler and will last longer. The ones assembled in the USA they used cheaper parts to compensate for the increase in labor. There was a live video from VCG Construction on YouTube where they did a side by side torture test and it proved the one assembled in Mexico was faster, ran cooler, and didn't smoke. I have one and have not had an issue.

Very good deal, I got mine from fasteners inc about 9 mo ago for 89 (I think) and that was a good deal then. I'm guessing they're clearing these out for the super stubby new impact drivers.

I thought Dewalt were all free shipping from Fasteners Inc this month?

Either way, it's a great little impact driver. I'd take it over any other impact driver Dewalt makes, as it will be more than enough for anything you're driving. If it's not enough, then you're using the wrong tool. Smilie

I used to love the 887, but I moved back to makita, and now to Bosch after I dumped almost all of my dewalts. But for $70, it's a hard deal to beat!!! I've only seen one better impact at a better price in my lifetime, and that was when Lowe's sold the Freak with 4ah and charger for like $63 or so.
