Why the downvotes? It's a decent off-sale season deal for an excellent impact driver & kit. Some might prefer the combo kit with the hammer drill, which is what I got, which also comes with a second, 4Ah battery. I think it was just under $140, almost worth it for the battery alone. But like I said it's not sale season so you'd have to wait.
Btw this makes a decent makeshift 1/4" impact wrench with a stubby hex to square 1/4" adapter. In fact the internals are identical to their 1/4" Fuel impact wrench. It's for smaller fasteners when a 3/8" or 1/2" impact wrench is overkill and a bit too heavy and bulky, even for the stubby, which I also have.

It's a tough sell coming off the $97 kits a little while back, and even the "normal" sale price of $140 makes this less than ideal for anyone that doesn't need it immediately. Also it is showing as $99 for me, not $89.
At $89 this is pretty decent if it's all you need and if you missed those other deals. It's showing $99 for me. Maybe check what store you're viewing it as and update the listing.
When it comes to tool posts there's a huge time component as the good ones sell out fast. It's also not always a 1 to 1. For instance I'm often interested in one tool in a kit and rarely are those deals worth it enough you can just buy both.
So I think this is a deal even if it's not the best deal.

Well, if you can wait, then you should. If you can't wait, then this is a good deal. And if you can wait but don't want to, then this is still a good deal. I got most of my tools and deals late last year and early this year, when I didn't need any of them because it was too cold to work on our cars here. But it's nearly half a year till the next BF/CM and not everyone can wait that long. Summer's when most DIYers do most of their work, I'm guessing, and companies run sales or not accordingly.
But definitely, if you can wait and are disciplined, then yeah, wait.
