I just beat this a few weeks ago after getting it for $40, and was very happy with it. Took me about 20 hours or so to get nearly 90% of the collectibles before I decided I didn't want to spend the remainder of my time with it just getting the rest of them.
Solid combat with really cool haptic feedback on the DualSense. I can recommend it for this price, but totally understand those who want to wait for it to hit $20. It's a single-player Bethesda game, so it shouldn't take too long.
edit* chat rep just refunded me the difference. Thanks OP!@

And my personal opinion is not a very good one at that.
Honestly, reading through this deal I would have bought the game with high expectations if I hadn't already played it, and would have been let down.
This steam review nailed it perfectly on how I feel about the game.
"On paper, the game is pretty much just an open-world collectathon. It has its main story missions and side missions but that's all burried under loads of collectibles, landmarks, voice logs and the eighteen quintillion spirits carelessly jizzed all over the map."
