A somewhat valid complaint about Brilliant Diamon/Shining Pearl is that there was a Platinum version of the game back when they were on the DS that had a lot more content. So... these were remakes of the "inferior" version of the game. I have not seen any news of DLC that might have been intended to be released at a later date to add the Platinum content.

I personally enjoyed BDSP, but reading up on what was in Platinum I can understand a lot of the complaints.

Is there something wrong with the newest iteration of this game? It seems like it has a lot of sales compared to sword/shield.

I believe that may be because it's a remake of an earlier Pokemon game?

No. The remake is good.

Good price for one of the worst main series games.

If you loved it back when or just wanna play a pokemon title, they very rarely get cheaper than this.

Wow this dropped surprisingly fast for a Pokemon game (granted it is a remake)

I was looking at the prices for some of the older Pokemon games at a local retailer for used copies, and it seems like the mainline series games really hold their value extremely well....it was rare for a price to be less than the $30 this is at.
