I would say OK if you want to dual purpose but dedicated UPS is going to offer a lot more features. Straight from their website:

Here's the difference.When your RIVER is plugged into the wall, anything plugged into it gets power from the grid, not its battery. If power from the grid stops, RIVER automatically switches to its battery supply mode within 30 milliseconds. That means anything connected will not have power for 30 milliseconds, which may mean sensitive electronics like desktop computers and data servers turn off. Test your devices individually to see if they need UPS to stay powered."

The amazon page for this unit lists it would power a CPAP for 5-10 hours.

EDIT:
I got one of the older deals with the allstate warranty for $185.
I've depleted the battery twice now and charged back up with no issues.
Biggest complaint was app setup. Took many failures of the same process to finally go through.
Updated firmware though with no issue.
