Both are very entry-level ssds, if you are not in a rush, wait a bit there are much better deals. Something like this.

As others have said, you need a Gen 4; this is Gen 3. I just wanted to add to that and say that when you do find a Gen 4 SSD that you want, don't worry about the speed. Even the slowest ones will load games just as fast as the stock SSD. I have one with a speed of 3600 and there is zero difference in load times for me, compared to the stock one. Digital Foundry even tested one with a speed of 3200 and it loaded just as fast, too, for the most part. On occasion it took one second longer to load.

You can save a lot of money by not buying something fancy. Sony recommends one with a speed of 5500, but that's completely unnecessary, unless you just want to future proof. However, it's going to be a long time before we start seeing games that take advantage of that speed. No games use the full bandwidth of SSDs yet.

Even if you get one with a speed of 7000, your games will only load a couple seconds faster than even the slowest SSDs, because the games aren't programmed to use that speed. More hardware power/speed doesn't automatically equal faster performance.

For reference, I have a 1TB WD Black SN750 SE that I got on sale for $75, from GameStop, maybe a month or so ago. So, you don't have to spend much to get something that works really well.

Bit demanding for something that isn't on part with even a 6700xt.
