It is not rebranded eSun. They changed their supplier a few years back.

Inland PLA & PETG is ok but ABS is garbage.

Anyone have tips on printing ABS? I've only done PLA and PLA+ so far. Ender 3 pro, stock mostly, PEI spring steel print surface.

The main issue with ABS is that the fumes can be toxic. So you need an enclosure and ventilation. Then you need to make sure your nozzle temp can get up to 260. The bed needs to be able to reach 90 degrees C or so.

Thank you! Especially regarding the ventilation which I do not have. Would PETG suffice for outdoor use? PLA and PLA+ are simply not working out in the heat and sun outdoors.

ASA is the best if you want UV resistance, but it's more expensive and you definitely want ventilation.

I have black petg parts in full sun for a year with no signs of degrading. Being black can be a part of it.

I tried their PLA few months back. Based on the temperature ratings I think they were the current version. It was terrible with bed and layer adhesion issues. Not sure what they put in them to save cost but the recommended temperature is much higher than normal PLA.

These pieces have been on my bike rack for over 6 years. Some discoloration, but they are not brittle and I can still attach bungee cords with confidence. I just tried to snap off the loop with my hand and it's fine, I would need a tool with some leverage to break it. There's 4 total (1 per corner).
The blue inside the loop and on the bottom is the original color, the purple is from the sun.

They are PETG.
