And by the time this strategy guide comes out, it'll have outdated information.

they'll still be worth around $100-$400 or more when they're out of print based on the current values of past futurepress guides, plus these are usually extremely well made and worth owning for the art and design alone

once you get over the initial hump of being new (no stats, no good gear), the game gets very addicting. i sucked at souls games but i'm level 115 and 65 hours in and barley 1/3 through the game.

i started first with an all melee build and i felt exactly like you, then i watched some youtube and made a battle mage and wayyyy more fun (and easier)

It's $40 on the gray market that's probably the lowest it will be in a while

meh, if it has artwork / lore information/story summaries id be interested but wouldn't consider selling

hell only reason i used to get collectors editions in the past was to have artbook/music cd with it (normally there would be some sort of guide that was a tossup on if it would be good or not)

? i guess i have here is how much goes back to from software?? i'd buy it for the art/story info as well as giving some extra love to from for the enjoyment i got from their game (soon to be more with the new coop mod that got released)

seems a bit expensive to put into 2 volumes but 500 page hardcover I guess is about right.

All you need to know...run around the enemy until you see all the combination of moves then, ignore the convoluted and halfassed story...next buy Skyrim and enjoy classic rpg gaming.

Wow this looks great. How come the other books for Dark souls and Sekiro so expensive at $150-200 with the same amount of ~500 pages?

There's guides everywhere lol this is a collector's item more than a guide if anything.. if someone really wanted a guide they wouldn't buy this they'll just go find one online.. personally i use YouTube if i want to 100% a game.. better then written guides in my opinion..

I'll admit these games definitely ain't for everybody. Maybe you just didn't enjoy the game and didn't follow the story because a majority of people; myself included, loved it. Everyone is entitled to an opinion but to compare this to Skyrim makes me feel you had a weird expectation of this game.

Its because those aren't being made anymore so they are valued more as collectors pieces now
