Known Paypal Issue w/ Gap Orders with FS Code -- Members have reported being charged for shipping after submitting their order via PayPal even though FS code is applied. It seems to affect a small number of members. Gap seems to working on a solution (on shopping bag page, verbiage for GFSHIP now shows "Select FREE shipping in checkout" -- previously it showed "No items in your cart qualifies").
- Review your receipt after order submission.
- If you see a shipping charge, contact Gap FX CSR to request a refund on shipping. Explain what happened. They will immediately issue a credit, which you should see on PayPal.
