I've seen rednecks use tarps and fill the bed, but an actual inflatable pool is a new one for me. But it doesn't surprise me at all that it's for sale at Walmart

If just a 1/2 ton pickup and filling bed with water and people, suggest using some jack stands under back axles. Otherwise, the back bumper will be on the ground.
