The discount will automatically apply when you purchase eligible items if you qualify for promotion
it's better to only use 1 UR point to pay, and cover the rest as you normally would because amazon's point redemption rate sucks.
"LOL. You wish. Keep trying."
The only workaround I see is to just use 125 points for $1.00, and don't use all your points. Only downside is you need to use the Chase credit card for the remaining.
You use 1 point for 1 penny (not 125 points for $1). These guys are going overboard on spending too many points.
