The ONLY other site (that's not a random Youtuber) I've seen that says 64GB is supported is here: https://www.memorystock
Also, that Youtube link doesn't show 64GB being installed and ran in the system, so it cannot be verified by them that it works. He only upgraded to 16GB in his video.
Now, feel free to get 64GB and see if it works and prove me and all the other sites above wrong, but I highly doubt it's going to work.

32gb (16x2) is the logical upgrade from 16gb(8x2). So safe bet is 32gb.

p.s. The only reason I would think 64gb is correct is because Acer says comes with 8gb and max is 32gb ... is if I put just one stick of 32gb in PC, which Acer says is max, would it work?, I would think so, right? So 32x2 is logical if both slots are used.

Little bit apples and oranges here, but this Asus motherboard (also a B560 chipset) supports up to 128GB with it's 4 slots: https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboa.../techspec/
So, maybe this Acer will too, it's hard to say for 100% certain without trying, and as you stated, I also don't have $250 to test the theory
You might could get a Dell 7060 I5 with six cores for a similar price. It has more ports if you need that but DP instead of HDMI. Just stay gen 8 or higher for Windows 11.
