I'd say it's a decent deal if you are OK with the 5AH batteries and this vacuum. Note that this is the older portable M18 vac, NOT the packout one. The packout one is supposedly quieter and more powerful. And of course has the latchability to dock with other packout stuff.
I just recently went for the $299 deal at HD with the 2x 6AH batteries + charger, and the new M18 packout version of the vacuum. It's $100 more but overall the batteries are better, the vac is supposedly better (especially if you use packout stuff already), and that one included a charger, whereas I think this deal is just 2 bundled batteries. Also concerned that the 5AH might be clearing out older stock since it seems they would be moving production over to the newer-cell versions like the 3 and 6-AH.
Looks like they have the same deal for the orbital sander and hammer drill.

I have this shop vac and love it. I use it for just about everything around the house, unless I need to do a big vacuum or water. Fantastic vac, especially if you have need for the batteries. I have a weed eater, edger, hedge trimmer, chainsaw, and floodlight, and all use the same two batteries. Quick charge and long battery life.
I've had this vac for several years now and love it too. Been waiting for it to die so I can replace it with the Packout version, but it's still going strong. Useful around the house, garage, and even for camping. It also works as a blower which is handy to get dirt off things or vacuum dirt and debris inside the tent. It's very useful getting dirt off the footprint or bottom of the tent before packing everything up. Beats using a broom for sure.

$99 vac and $100 for two 5 Ah batteries is a good deal since they normally go for $150 each
