Saw an m12 tool for sale at $54, looked closer and it was the battery kit.
Snagged it immediately. Definitely ymmv and was the last one on displaydispay that I saw. Never see HD sales like this in my area, I'm in SoCal.
Hopefully you all have luck like I did!
