Seems the containers you receive are not the clear ones shown on the pictures. They are a cheaper, softer, translucent plastic. Plus you have to question of the longevity of those "hinged" lids. they are just bending the plastic which will fail with time vs a real hinge. Questionable for the price.

It is a great deal for this high quality brand. Usually around $10 min a piece in their store.

You have to see if you actually have a need for them! If so, then buy at this price.

I want to buy bc it's a good price...but I have 4 of them already for sugar, flour, rice, and brown sugar... not sure what else I really need them for.

But they are really good containers and have held up well for years! Easy to wipe clean too.

These are pathetic quality… someone seems to be promoting them here.. funny to see comparing it to OXO

good deal considering these are dishwasher safe versions (past Costco sales have been for the "hand wash only" ones)
This would explain why i just melted one last week in the dishwasher 😭

Is this worth $50 for 9 plastic containers?
I have bought this from Costco in the past for baking stuff - flour, sugar, masa, etc. I thought they were good until I stored chips in them one time. They went stale within a week.. since then I've been considering replacing them as they're not as airtight as I thought they were. When Rubbermaid brilliance containers go on sale for the pantry sizes I will get those. I've had lunch sized containers and they've been great. The plastic only started to show wear after 2-3 years of dishwasher only use but it still works well

My ¢2. After debating between Oxo and Better Homes & Garden, we went with the latter one. I have seen some pop issues with oxo. Better Homes seemed better price and quality. We got it for $30 during thanksgiving last year. If you can wait for a deal on BHG, they might be a better choice.

I have bunch of oxo, really love them! That said these were clear two years ago. Now they are translucent. I stored dry stuff like beans, sugar, flour, coffee powdered. Coffee n sugar one seems terrible. After washing they won't come back to clear. I should have bought glass containers. But I love the pop!

Is this a price drop or a sale . What do these usually sell for
$69 regular price. Costco has it on sale from time to time. The last sale as I remember was the end of April.

Anyone know if these containers with the black lids ever go on sale? Seems like they never do and it's always just the white lid versions.

I know it's dumb but my wife is Martha Stewart and we already have the black lid ones and she wants them to match, hah

I concur. I have a bunch from this brand and been using them for probably 3 years now and they look perfect and all lids close properly.
