Last time a deal was posted for BR Factory I order around $200 worth stuff. Hated the fit and quality ended up returning all of it. What a waste of time. They really reduced the quality now its closer to Old Navy.

In the last 10-15 years, major clothing retailers shifted their strategy to make cheaper-quality product sold through their outlet channels. The general public still thinks outlet stores are mainly used to sell discontinued styles, but that is not the case. In other words, BR Factory outlet is generally lower quality (more like Old Navy) whereas the main BR stores are still higher quality (and higher prices - always wait for the big sales).

In summary, I highly recommend against buying anything from factory outlet stores (including JCrew, Gap, BR, etc.).

Of course if it says " Final Sale" its assumed it can not be return for any reason. I would bet though if there is a defect or tear they'd take it back. You may just have to reach out to their CS.

Agree, but just want to add that some store like express still have original store clothes in their outlet. However, they are like 30% of the merchandise only. You can usually tell by looking at the back tag logo, usually outlet will have extra stars or diamonds shape below the brand name

I've been burned by final sales in the past. I still have about $150 worth of goods from Tommy who after taking to CS for over an hour refused to take it back under any pretext.

Not really the decent quality you get from those BR stores in malls, but when they do run good deals, there's still some stuff worth picking up. Sometimes their size do tend to run small for me so I order one size up. If you are thin and prefer the fitted tapered look you can order your usual size.

Some of you are equating Old Navy with inferior quality etc to make the point on outlet clothing. I have many items from ON, and br and gap factory. I would say ON has been really good for most part not only quality but fit and cut. ON does have some t shirts that look very good l, sparkling, and great fit, but are thin, but by no means that bad for the price. I would say ON looks good quality unless possibly after several washes.

There are some awesome quality ones I got from gap and br factory for dirt inexpensive on clearance especially ones that say "soft brush" something, hoodies and sweat shirts. They look and feel and fit incredibly high end. On the other hand, I have gotten many sweat shirts and sweaters from them, that were very bad looking on surface/finish. So, it's just a gamble to see which nicer ones you get from them.

Also, these retailers are overstocked on many types of inventory, so it is vesting them a lot to store what they already have. So, they do not want returns just to add to their cost of storing them. Hence, the deeply discounted items are now final sale, just as Nordtrom Rack does.

Bought $200-300 worth very happy, quality seems good love the styles and colors , I bought a lot of linen, which Ive found superior to most other brands around this price point….

Also how can you beat $3-4 for a quality tshirt with great graphics….
