These are very good headphones, but they have some weight to them. I kept getting tension headaches, so I decided to return them, but if you have a bigger head they are probably just fine.

Bought these the last time they were on sale for this price. I love them, but be warned they need a generous setup for driving them. I am using the Schitt Audio Modius, Lokius, and Magnius DAC, EQ, and Headphone Amp respectively. This cost me at least an extra $750 at time of purchase. If you're looking for a pair you can just get a cheap Fiio amp, plug them in and be blown away, this isn't the pair for you. If you already have an audio stack like I described and haven't tried these phones, they're definitely worth the $550. If you don't have the budget to spend $1300 on the headphones and a good audio stack, I'd look elsewhere. Strengths include soundstage and technical accuracy. Negatives include comfort (they're farking heavy. I'm a big guy with a massive head, and they're still fatiguing after a couple hours) and build quality (baby them if you don't want them to fall apart).
Returning my second pair already. Be weary about the driver membrane getting stuck to the magenets causing peaky sound and lacking bass. These are great headphones with they are working but the cheaper build compared to the v1 has me concerned over long term use.
