Looks similar to Ryobi mower. Per internet search Hart is owned by same company that makes Ryobi. I purchased a Ryobi 21 inch self propelled on recent sale. Found same model with cosmetic changes in the Hart line on walmart site.

They claim to have online chat, a support line - they're completely unmanned and nobody ever gets back to you. Service is by mail and takes forever.

I don't know that Ryobi's 40V garden tool support is any better, but I've had to use their support for other things and it's been way better. If I had it to do again, I wouldn't have bothered with Hart.

All these mowers are outsourced to the same ODM anyway. TTI doesn't actually make these themselves.
